The All New TomTom GO
I specified the (non map) user experience for The All New TomTom GO navigation device. Operating in a time pressurised Agile environment, I worked hand-in-hand with development, product management and marketing to bring this innovative product to market. Personal highlights include crafting the in-box quick start guide and the on-device demonstration video (for use in stores).
Customer Journey
The initial release of the product only allowed the customer to bring their own internet connection to the device in order to receive traffic and speed camera information. I created a detailed customer experience journey; Awareness, Purchase Experience, Use, Billing, Help and Support and Stopping Use. Below is the Purchase Experience covering multiple touch points and purchase phases.
